Description
Product Overwiew:
AbFluor™ dyes are a series of highly water-soluble fluorescent dyes spanning the visible and near-infrared (IR) spectrum for labeling biomolecules, especially proteins and nucleic acids which are Developed by Abbkine scientists.
Background:
AbFluor™ 555, succinimidyl ester is a kind of orange red fluorescent dye similar to Alexa Fluor® 555 and Cy3. Due to its higher quantum yield and excellent water solubility, AbFluor™ 555, succinimidyl ester shows better result of protein staining. In addition, AbFluor™ 555, succinimidyl ester has excellent light stability, which can be used for laser confocal and single molecular imaging. AbFluor™ 555, succinimidyl ester is the best choice for labeling protein and nucleic acid.
