The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow III medium available at abm . To make the completed growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to final concentration of 10%, 0.1 mg/ml gentamycin, 1 mM sodium pyruvate (TM057), 1% non-essential amino acids(TM068), 50 ?g/ml endothelial cell growth supplement (ECGS; Biomedical Technologies Inc.), and 10 U/ml heparin (Sigma; H5515) and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%.
