Use of Matrigel Matrix is required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. Grow cells in Matrigel-coated culture vessels with the following conditions.
The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow III medium available at abm. to a final concentration of 10%, Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%, L-glutamine to a final concentration of 1%, and Chick Embryo Extract (CEE) to a final concentration of 0.5%.
