Description
abm | DN-MEK5 Stably Expressing HCT116 Cell Line | T6445
HCT116 cells were transduced with lentiviral particles carrying pWPI-eGFP expression constructs encoding DN-MEK5, followed by fluorescence-activated cell sorting to generate DN-MEK5 Stably Expressing HCT116 Cell Line. Mitogen/extracellular signal-regulated kinase kinase-5, MEK5, has been associated with tumor carcinogenesis, such as aberrant MEK5–ERK5 pathway signaling have been reported in cancer metastasis. DN-MEK5 Stably Expressing HCT116 Cell Line may be a useful tool to study cancer biology and it's role in cancer invasion and metastasis.
