Description
abm | FLAG-HnRNP-L Stable Expressing HEK293 Cell Line | T6250
In humans, actively transcribed genes are mediated by KMT3a. Within that protein complex is a eukaryotic specific subunit, heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein L (HnRNP-L). HnRNP-L is a member of a large family of RRM domain containing RNA-binding proteins. It has been implicated in various RNA-related processes, particularly in mediating selective exon inclusion during alternative splicing and facilitating polyadenylation. As such, this cell line can be used to study the role HnRNP-L plays in regulating chromatin modification, post transcriptional events, and co-transcriptional pre-mRNA processing.
