Description
abm | LN229 Stably Expressing Tet-on Cell Line | T6030
LN229 cells were transfected with the rtTA expression vector to generate the LN229 Stably Expressing Tet-on Cell Line.LN229 have heterogeneous backgrounds for PTEN, mutated p53, and deletion of p16 and p14ARF. It can be used in vitro to stably transfect gene of interest cloned in tetracycline-responsive expression vector (i.e. pTRE2 with Hygromycin selection) and pick clones. With the addition of 1 µg/ml doxycycline, end users can test individually for induced gene expression under the tet-regulated promoter.
