Description
abm | MCT4 CRISPR Stable Knockout Py2T Cell Line | T6243
MCT4 (monocarboxylate transporter 4) was stably knockoute from the murine breast cancer cell line (Py2T), which was established from a breast tumor of an MMTV-PyMT transgenic mouse. The success in MCT4 knockout cells generated the MCT4 CRISPR Stable Knockout Py2T Cell Line. This cell line may be used to study the effects of MCT4 and tumor progression.
