Description
abm | MUNC (Spliced) Stable Expressing C2C12 Cell Line | T6334
C2C12 cells were transfected with the pLPCX vector carrying the spliced isoform of the MUNC gene, and underwent selection with puromycin to establish the MUNC (Spliced) Stable Expressing C2C12 Cell Line. This cell line may be used to study the MUNC gene, a long noncoding RNA that facilitates the function of MyoD in skeletal myogenesis.
