Description
abm | Stable Rat Expressing HA-tagged SCL26A9 Thyroid Epithelial (SLC26A9-FRT) Cell Line | T3188
Stable Rat Expressing HA-tagged SCL26A9 Thyroid Epithelial (SLC26A9-FRT) Cell Line expresses the human HA-tagged SCL26A9 Cl- channel. Studies speculate that these channels may become a potential therapeutic target for the deficient CFTR-mediated Cl- secretion in cystic fibrosis. The cell line offers a valuable renewable in vitro model to study the effects of the SCL26A9 Cl- channels.
