Description
abm | Stable TALEN hsMgat1-GnT-1 Knock Out CHO-S Cell Line | T6110
MGAT1 or GnT-1 is essential for the synthesis of hybrid and complex N-glycans. CHO-S cells isolated from Chinese Hamster ovary were transfected with TALEN plasmid which target hsMgat1 to generate the Stable TALEN hsMgat1/GnT-1 Knock Out CHO-S Cell Line. This glycan-deficient cell line is useful for research on MGAT1 and its role in N-glycan synthesis. The Stable TALEN hsMgat1/GnT-1 Knock Out CHO-S Cell Line is also useful in characterization of anti-glycopeptide monoclonal antibodies.
