Description
abm | Stable TALEN hsMgat1-GnT-1 Knock Out HEK-293T Cell Line | T6111
MGAT1 or GnT-1 is essential for the synthesis of hybrid and complex N-glycans. HEK-293T cells isolated from human embryonic kidney were transfected with TALEN plasmid which target hsMgat1 to generate the Stable TALEN hsMgat1/GnT-1 Knock Out HEK-293T Cell Line. This glycan-deficient cell line is useful for research on MGAT1 and its role in N-glycan synthesis. The Stable TALEN hsMgat1/GnT-1 Knock Out HEK-293T Cell Line is also useful in characterization of anti-glycopeptide monoclonal antibodies as tested in previous studies.
