GOAT ANTI MOUSE IGG FC FITC

Goat anti mouse IgG Fc FITC is supplied as a purified polyclonal antibody conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). The antibody is prepared from purified pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with mouse IgG. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on mouse IgG covalently linked to agarose and conjugated to FITC. Greater than 95% purity.

This antibody recognises the Fc region of mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c and IgG3 and is suitable for use in immunoassay research and development. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with mouse IgG Fab, IgM and IgA. Cross reactivity may occur with immunoglobulins from other species.
