The Becton Dickingsons Plastipak Luer-Lock syringes have a highly transparent syringe barrel and a tight-fitting double sealing ring, allowing for accurate application and easier volume reading. The smooth-running plunger also makes it easy to inject viscous liquids. The Luer-Lock connection provides a particularly secure connection, which means that the cannula cannot come loose, eg when injecting viscous liquids.
