Nanomag® CLD | 05-01-302
Magnetic cross-linked dextran nanoparticles (nanomag®-CLD)
- Are manufactured using the core-shell method with a magnetite core and a dextran shell,
- Are available with diameters of 300 nm and 500 nm for separation on permanent magnets,
- Consist of 80-90% (w/w) magnetite in a matrix of cross-linked dextran (40,000 Da),
- Are offered with the surface groups NH2, COOH and PEG-COOH for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies and other molecules,
- Are available with covalently bound streptavidin,
- Other protein surfaces are available upon request.
