The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow IV medium available at abm . To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%, 2mM L-glutamine and 50 ug/ml gentamicin . Optional for better growth: 1-5 ng/mL human recombinant bFGF .
