Description
abm | RanBPM ShRNA Stable Knockout HeLa Cell Line | T6313
T6313 was generated using small interfering RNA (siRNA)– mediated downregulation of RanBPM. RanBPM has been shown to function as an activator of apoptotic pathways induced by DNA damage. It has been suggested that RanBPM could be an important regulator of pathways that prevent tumorigenesis by promoting the elimination of cells with genomic alterations.
