Description
abm | Stable HEK293T Expressing Human ECD GC-B (GCB-435) Cell Line | T6037
The Stable HEK293T Expressing Human ECD GC-B (GCB-435) Cell Line contains the gene encoding for the extracellular ligand-binding domain (ECD) of the human GC-B. The expression of the ECD was done by transfecting HEK293T cells using a bicistronic mammalian expression vector containing the gene for the ECD. This stable cell line is not only convenient for the assessment of various drugs, it is also useful in characterizing other GCase receptors for which physiological functions are yet to be identified as well as for analyzing downstream signalling involving the ECD of the human GC-B.
