Description
abm | Stable Retinal Pigment Epithelial Expressing Truncated hELG1-CFP Cell Line | T3183
ELG1 gene has a role in the S phase in order to preserve genomic stability. The Stable Retinal Pigment Epithelial Expressing Truncated hELG1-CFP Cell Line is established from immortalized human retinal pigment epithelial stably transfected with the truncated ELG1 gene. This cell line can be used to study the involvement of the protein in genomic integrity and as a candidate as a tumor suppressor gene.
