Aim:
To detect GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) by PCR
Product Overview:
DNA-based methods for GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) detection and identification are based mainly on the use of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). PCR is a method that employs primers to amplify targeted regions of an inserted DNA sequence that is present in the GMO. The presence and absence of an amplified product determines whether a test sample is GMO or not.
