Description
abm | NonO Stable Knockdown Jurkat Cell Line | T6124
NonO (Non-POU domain-containing octamer-binding) protein is called p54nrb (nuclear RNA binbing) is encoded by the NONO gene. It has been associated with melanoma, and has strongh expression in melanoma tissue samples. NonO-specific shRNA-expressing GFP lentiviral vector pGIPZ was used to knockdown NonO expression in Jurkat cells to generate the NonO Stable Knockdown Jurkat Cell Line to study the effects and role of NonO and cancer.
