The base medium for this cell line is Mammocult Human Medium Kit (STEMCELL Technologies). To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the medium kit: Recombinant Human EGF to a final concentration of 10 ng/ml, Recombinant Human bFGF to a final concentration of 10ng/ml, heparin to a final concentration of 4 µg/ml,hydrocortisone 21-hemisuccinate (Sigma) to a final concentration of 0.5 µg/ml, growth factor reduced matrigel (BD Biosciences) to a final concentration of 2% (v/v), and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%.
