Description
abm | Aquaporin-4 Stable 293 Cell Line | T3001
Aquaporins are proteins that selectively conduct water molecules in and out of mammalian cells, while preventing the passage of ions and other solutes. Genetic defects involving aquaporin genes have been associated with several human diseases. Aquaporin-4 Stable 293 Cells is a AQP4 expressing cell line derived from 293 cells. The expression of AQP4 has been confirmed with Western Blot analysis. All clones are puromycin (0.1ug/ml)-resistant.The expression of AQP4 has been confirmed with Western Blot analysis.
