Description
Chickens were immunized with purified recombinant protein A, and anti-protein A antibody was highly purified by immunoaffinity chromatography and then conjugated to biotin. Since chicken IgY is not captured by protein A, chicken anti-protein A can be utilized for protein A detection by ELISA and immunoblotting.Biotinylated chicken anti-protein A antibody is recommended as the secondary antibody in sandwich ELISA for protein A detection.
