The hTERT peptide is a solution that facilitates dissociation of the hTERT antibody for immunoprecipitation of telomerase. The hTERT peptide is a product which can be used in conjuction with hTERT Antibody (abx120550) and Human Telomerase Protein (HEK-293T Cell Pellet) (abx069991). Nat Commun 6, 7643 (2015). The working concentration is approximately 25 µl peptide per 20 µg antibody (corresponds to 20 molar equivalents of peptide per antibody).
