Usage Notes:

• Do not mix or substitute reagents or materials from other kit lots or vendors.
• Serum iron content is low and the utensils (EP tube) used need to be careful to avoid being contaminated by iron.
• Ensure all reagents and equipment are at the appropriate temperature before starting the assay.
• Reagent 1 and Reagent 2 solutions are unstable and need to be prepared for immediate use. Newly prepared reagents can only be used on the same day.
