PurKine™ Protein AminoBind Resin 4FF is crosslinked, 4% beaded agarose resin that contains N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) functional groups. NHS coupling forms a chemically stableamide bone with ligands containing primary amino groups. PurKine™ Protein AminoBind Resin 4FF can be used to prepare affinity purification procedures which can isolate specific substances from complex mixtures, often achieving very high purity in a single step.
