AbFluor™ dyes are a series of highly water-soluble fluorescent dyes spanning the visible and near-infrared (IR) spectrum for labeling biomolecules, especially proteins and nucleic acids which are Developed by Abbkine scientists.

Background:

AbFluor™ 405 is a kind of blue fluorescent dye which has succinimidyl ester group. Its absorption peak wavelength is completely match 405 nm blue laser diode, and the emission peak wavelength of AbFluor™ 405 is just in the middle of BD Flow cytometry blue detection channel. Therefore, in the Flow analysis, AbFluor™ 405 dye presents stronger fluorescent signal than Alexa Flour 405.

Usage Notes:

• Product storage concentration is 5-10 mg/mL. In order to prevent degeneration and microorganism growth, it recommended adding BSA (0.01%) and sodium azide (0.03%) to the storage solution.
• Due to the fluorescent quenching, please pay attention to protect the product from light.
• For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves.
