The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow III medium available at abm. to a final concentration of 10% and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%.
Change media every 2-3 days.
Carbon dioxide (CO₂): 10%, Temperature: 33.0°C.
Do not use heat-inactivated FBS for cell culture unless specified otherwise.

To differentiate cells: after growing cells to 80% confluence at 33.0°C, move cells to 39.0°C and 5% CO₂ conditions for 2-3 weeks. Cells will slowly stop growing and will die off, with all cells dying after approximately 4 weeks.
