The KMS-9 cells express HLA-DR on its surface. It also exhibit slight expression of the CD19 B cell marker, but on the other hand, it is negative for CD20. Another lyphoblastoid cell line, KMS-15 (Cat#T0133), in contrast, expresses both CD19B and CD20 cell marker.
