Propagation:

The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow III available at abm. to a final concentration of 5%, 1X GlutaMAX (Gibco 35050061), 1X HEPES (Gibco 15630080), 40 µg/mL heparin, 25 µg/mL endothelial cell growth supplement (Sigma E2759), and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%. This cell line needs to be cultured in gelatin coated flasks.
Carbon dioxide (CO₂): 5%, Temperature: 37.0°C.
abm does not recommend to use heat-inactivated FBS for cell culture unless specified otherwise.
