The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow II medium available at abm. to a final concentration of 10%, Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%, L-glutamine to a final concentration of 2 mM, β-mercaptoethanol to a final concentration of 55 µM, MEM Non-Essential Amino Acids Solution to a final concentration of 1X, and HEPES to a final concentration of 10 mM.
