Use of Matrigel-coated plates (Collaborative Biomedical Products) is required for cell adhesion to the culture vessels. Grow cells in Matrigel-coated plates with the following conditions.
The base culture medium for this cell line is Prigrow III medium available at abm. to a final concentration of 10% and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%.
Change media every 2-3 days.
Carbon dioxide (CO₂): 5%, Temperature: 37.0°C.
Do not use heat-inactivated FBS for cell culture unless specified otherwise.
