The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow III medium, available at abm. to a final concentration of 10% and horse serum to a final concentration of 10%.
Change media every 2-3 days.

Do not use heat-inactivated serum for cell culture unless specified otherwise.

For differentiation, supplement Prigrow III media with 5% heat-inactivated horse serum and 1 μg/ml dox.
