FLNC Stable Knockout Human A2780 Cell Line is established via CRISPR/Cas9 mediated frameshift mutation of the FLNC gene (NM_001458) using the following guide RNA sequence: GCTGCTTGGGCGTCTGTTTG. FLNC is expressed in cardiac and skeletal muscles and thus can be used to study associated human cardiac diseases such as hypertrophic cardiomyophathy and restrictive cardiomyopathy. This cell line is sequenced verified to cause frameshift mutation.
