Opti-Protein Express Marker consists of five proteins that resolve into sharp bands in the range of 16 to 100 kDa. This unique protein ladder provides an easy method to monitor protein separation during electrophoresis, estimate the molecular weight of the protein of interest and evaluate western blot transfer efficiency. Each standard protein is covalently conjugated with a different chromophore, producing a colourful ladder for easy identification of protein size.

Suggested load:

Mix gently by pipetting up and down a few time, then directly load 5 μl into well of gel.
