Pack Size: This kit has following components:

• Serum-Free ExPAND T Cell Culture Basal Medium (TM149-1) (1X 470 ml)
• Serum-Free ExPAND T Cell Expansion Supplement (TM149-2) (1X 30 ml)
• Serum-Free ExPAND T Cell Cytokine Supplement (TM150-1) (1X 200 µl)
• Serum-Free ExPAND T Cell Activation Supplement (TM150-2) (1X 150 µl)

To make complete supplemented media, add T Cell Expansion Supplement to 470 ml basal medium, and add required amounts of T cell Cytokine Supplement and T cell Activation Supplement according to your application (Please refer to the data sheet for details). This complete medium need not to be supplemented with cytokines or T cell activators as a proprietary combination of IL-2 and CD3/CD28 T cell activators has already been included in the provided supplements.

Test: Each lot has been fully tested and optimized for the ability to support the in vitro culture of human T cells. The parameters of testing include testing cell proliferation, viability and typical morphology of T cells.

T Cell Expansion Supplement can be stored at -20 °C, and T Cell Cytokine Supplement can be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
