Description
abm | PLIN1-Myc Stable Expressing 3T3-L1 Cell Line | T6289
3T3-L1 cells were stably transfected with the pLXSN-Flag-Plin1 WT and pBABEpuro-myc-Plin1 WT vectors to establish the PLIN1-Myc Stable Expressing 3T3-L1 Cell Line. The cells are G418 and puromycin-resistant. Lipid droplet-associated protein, Perilipin 1, or PLIN1, has a role in lipid metabolism and adipocyte lipolysis. This cell line may be used to study processes in lipolysis and lipid metabolism pathway.
