Description
abm | TLR2 Stable HEK293 Cell Line | T3059
Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are transmembrane proteins which have significant homology to interleukin-1 receptor family. They function as pattern recognition receptors either as homo- or heterodimer for functional activity. TLR2 or toll-like receptor functions as a heterodimer with TLR1 or TLR6. TLR2 had a role in response to viruses and has an association with herpes encephalitis in mice.
