GOAT ANTI HUMAN IGG (MOUSE ADSORBED) AP

Goat anti human IgG (mouse adsorbed) AP is supplied as a purified polyclonal antibody conjugated to the enzyme alkaline phosphatase (AP). The antibody is prepared from purified pooled antisera of goats hyperimmunised with human IgG. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography on human IgG covalently linked to agarose and conjugated to AP. The antibody is suitable for use in immunoassay research and development for the detection of human IgG. Greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE.

Goat anti human IgG is specific for human IgG heavy chains. The antibody has been cross adsorbed with human IgM and IgA, mouse immunoglobulins and pooled sera. Cross reactivity may occur with IgG from other species.
