Description : The kit is intended for the preparation of Poly-Peroxidase labels using highly activated Poly-HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase). Poly-Peroxidase labels are characterized by high measurement signal amplification. The pre-activated and polymerized Peroxidase contained in the kit can be used immediately for the coupling reaction with target molecules through the reaction with primary amino groups. BioTeZ Peroxidase Labeling Kit includes all necessary reagents and clean-up columns for the purification of the coupling product. The kit can be applied for the production of Poly-Peroxidase conjugates of antibodies and other proteins. The labeling portions are designed for a standard coupling of 1 mg antibody. For the labeling of other proteins, the amount to be used must be calculated accordingly.
