REACTIVITY: Cross-reacts (by more than 95%) to most species of type II collagen including mouse, porcine,

Epitope: amino acid sequence 364 - 375 of chick type II collagen which is on cyanogen bromidecleaved peptide 11 (CB11) of chick type II collagen (a 279-residue peptide representing
residues 124- 402 of type II collagen).

USAGE: Dilute the antibody in buffer containing 2% heterologous serum, such as normal goat serum, to

for immunoblotting due to low reactivity to denatured collagen.
