Coronavirus (CoV) (Strain: OC43), a Group 2 CoV, is an enveloped virus with spiked projections, and contains a nucleocapsid with positive-sense RNA. Each frozen aliquot contains 1 mL of titered viral culture fluid.
Viral culture fluids are sold as consumable testing materials, propagation or commercialization are prohibited without prior written consent from ZeptoMetrix. The suitability and performance characteristics should be determined by your laboratory for each intended usage. These products are NOT intended for use in the manufacture or processing of injectable products subject to licensure under section 351 of the Public Health Service Act or for any other product intended for administration to humans.

- Use Universal Precautions, this product is potentially biohazardous.
- Repetitive freezing and thawing is not recommended (aliquot material if necessary). Titer will be altered by multiple freeze-thaws.
- To avoid cross-contamination, use separate pipette tips for all reagents.
Viral culture fluids should be stored at -65°C or below.
