Drink Spike Test

The Problem

Drink spiking has reached “epidemic” levels in Europe. It is now so common it can happen to anyone. Our mission is to reduce drink spiking in society and raise awareness about it.

The CYD - Check Your Drink ® Spike Test strips are available now. We currently have 2 versions of the product on the market.

How does it work? 

The CYD test strips detect the most prevalent substances used to spike drinks, as well as any molecule containing an "amine" such as non desirable substances. 

PRODUCT 1: CDU (Counter Display Unit) = 50 x 5-packs of tests 

• The CDU is designed to be sold in pharmacies and retail outletslike corner shops, 24h

         convenience stores, 7 Eleven, Tesco, petrol stations, supermarkets, etc.  

• Consumers can buy a 5-pack of tests for the RRP of 4.95€  
• The 5-pack is practical for people to put in their wallets or handbag and it can be used to test 5 drinks or on 5 different occasions

PRODUCT 2: Plastic Box of 50 Test Cards

• Our second version, the Club Box(containing 50 single tests) is designed to be used in bars, pubs, nightclubs, discotheques, festivals, raves, dance music events, beer festivals, music concerts, private parties and events.
• The idea here is for a single test to be taken from the box of 50 and sold or given away free to customers whenever they need a test, in order to ensure their safety when drinking in the previously mentioned places. 
• With the plastic box, the barman or event worker can just take out a single test strip from the box and give it to any person who needs it
