AffiVET® Renibacterium salmoninarum RT PCR & One Step qPCR

We bought the AFG-BGT-455-P-96D from AffiVET Affigen from Maxanim to detect Renibacterium salmoninarum DNA by End-Point PCR. This assay comes in a 96 well plate. We receive the kit very fast after one week. The protocol was easy to understand, we used the QIAamplifier 96 the stand-alone end-point PCR cycler and had significant results on our positive Nucleic Acid Test samples after Bacterial DNA purification.
