PurKine™ Heparin Resin 6FF

Background:

PurKine™ Heparin Resin 6FF is effective for affinity purification of various heparin-binding proteins or ligands, such as antithrombin III, lipoprotein, as well as DNA binding proteins (transcription factors, virus coat proteins, etc). The Resin consists of 90μm beads of cross-linked 6% agarose, to which heparin has been coupled. The portfolio allow optimization of process for maximum protein yield, stability and solubility. Tests also confirm that no decrease in performance occurs after at least five repeated uses. The PurKine™ Heparin Resin 6FF is also available as prepacked spin column and kit formats.
