The Spoligotyping kit includes the Spoligotyping Membrane (cat. number IM9702) which is bound with spacer oligonucleotides. The IM9702 Spoligotyping Membrane is available for purchasing as a separate item.

Storage Conditions: The spoligotyping membrane is shipped in 20 mM EDTA. Dehydratation of the membrane should not be tolerated if you want to keep its quality and activity. Optimal temberature for storage of the spoligotyping membrane for detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex is four degrees Celsius.
