N-2-hydroxyethylpiperazine-N’-2ethanesulfonic acid (HEPES) is a zwitterionic buffer that is widely used in biochemistry and molecular biology research. It is most effective as a buffer at pH 6.8 to 8.2.
This product is filtered with 0.2µm filter, and aseptically filled.

Kit Contents:

The HEPES Buffer is supplied as 1M (238.3 g/L) solution, pH 7.2 ±0.2 in cell culture grade water.

Directions for Use:

HEPES Buffer (1M, pH 7.0 – 7.4) can be used for cell culture, protein assay, and other molecular biology research. It can be diluted to desirable concentration.

Storage Conditions:

Store HEPES Buffer at temperatures of 2 – 8℃, and is shipped RT.
