Micromer® particles are available with amino groups in the entire size range from 25 nm to 100 µm. They are stable in aqueous media and to a certain extent also in DMSO. The particles are supplied in water with no added detergents. Thus, the various methods for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies or other target molecules can be applied directly, e.g. B. the maleimide or SPDP functionalization of amino groups to bind SH-functionalized biomolecules.
