Collagen
Micromer® particles are available in the size range from 1 µm to 10 µm with covalently bound collagen. Collagens are a group of naturally occurring proteins of animal origin that are found primarily in muscles and connective tissue. The collagen coating increases the affinity of the polystyrene particles to selected target tissues.
The particles are supplied as a suspension in water without the addition of detergents.
