The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow III:Prigrow IV (3:1 ratio) medium available at abm . To make the completed growth medium, add the following components to the base medium to final concentration of: 5% fetal bovine serum , 0.5 µg/ml hydrocortisone, 50 µg/ml gentamicin , 5 µg/ml insulin , 10 ng/ml EGF , 10-10 M cholera toxin, 1.8 x 10-4 M adenine, 10 µM Y27632, 2 mM L-glutamine , and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution to a final concentration of 1%.
